- Round-trip travel to The Nest Clubhouse is included in your total.

Choose Your Payment Preference
Both options reserve the very same event — the only difference is when the balance settles. Choose whichever suits your accounting.
One reservation, two ways to pay — only the option you select is charged.
Tax. Applicable Florida sales tax is calculated on the amount being paid. If you reserve with the retainer, tax applies to the $248.75 now and to the $746.25 balance later — never twice on the same amount.
Your date. September 23 is reserved upon receipt of either payment option.
Guest count. Pricing covers up to 75 guests. If your final count shifts meaningfully, let us know and we will adjust before the event.
What Happens Next
Once your date is held, we’ll follow up to finalize styling, timing and arrival, and we coordinate load-in with The Nest Clubhouse directly — nothing there for you to chase.
