How far in advance should I book?
Online reservations require at least 7 days' notice, and popular dates fill early. If a date shows unavailable online, it may still be open — contact us for rush options.
How do deposits work?
Standard events reserve online with a deposit — $200–$250 depending on the service — applied in full toward your final total, never an added fee. Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your event; events reserved within 14 days are invoiced at booking.
What's included with staffed experiences?
Setup, styled presentation, dedicated service, and breakdown are all included in your package.
Can you match my event's palette or theme?
Yes — every spread is styled around your event palette. Enhancements like floral accents, engraved boards, and custom signage take it further.
Do you accommodate dietary needs?
Dietary accommodations are collected in your planning form. Items are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, tree nuts, wheat, and other allergens; we take care to separate ingredients but cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact.

St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay area.
How does BarHaus handle alcohol?
BarHaus is a dry-bar service: you provide the alcohol (we send you the shopping list), and our bartenders handle the menu, garnishes, and service.
How do enhancements work?
Add them to your reservation at checkout or during your planning form. Highly customized items (engraved boards, elaborate florals) may be quoted after details are confirmed — always with your approval first.
