How It Works
From first hello to the last bite — here's what it's like to work with BiteHaus.
1. Share Your Event
Tell us your date, venue, guest count, and the BiteHaus service you have in mind.
2. Reserve or Receive a Proposal
Standard events may reserve online — secure your preferred date with a $200–$250 deposit (by service) that is applied in full toward your final service total. More customized events — larger guest counts, multiple services, weddings requiring extensive coordination, or complex venues — receive a tailored proposal.
3. Personalize the Details
After booking, complete a simple planning form covering styling, menu preferences, dietary needs, timing, and venue logistics — plus any enhancements you'd like to add. You do not need to finalize every detail on day one.
4. Enjoy the Experience
BiteHaus handles the presentation, setup, service, and breakdown included in your selected package.
A note on pricing: every service lists its starting price. Final pricing reflects your confirmed guest count, location, service time, and selected additions. Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your event; events reserved within 14 days of the date are invoiced for the balance at booking.
