BiteHaus is a St. Petersburg food and event studio founded by Ashleigh, built on a simple belief: the food at an event should contribute to the design of the room — not just the menu.
Every BiteHaus service is composed the way a designer approaches a space: color, proportion, texture, and flow. Grazing tables are assembled onsite before guest arrival and styled around the event palette. The Signature Cart — our flagship — is staffed and replenished throughout service, so it looks as intentional in the last hour as it did in the first. Guests don't just eat; they gather.
