Refund policy
Deposits & event reservations
Event deposits reserve your date exclusively and are applied in full toward your final event total. Deposits are non-refundable, but flexible:
- Deposits transfer to a new date once, free of charge, with at least 14 days' notice — subject to availability.
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event convert the deposit to a credit toward any BiteHaus service, valid for 12 months.
- If BiteHaus is unable to confirm availability for your requested date, your deposit is refunded in full.
Final balances
Remaining balances are due 14 days before your event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit amounts paid, as ingredients are sourced and staffing is committed to your date.
Platters & delivery orders
Charcuterie platters, grab-and-go cups, and other delivery items may be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Inside 72 hours, orders are already in preparation and are non-refundable.
