Welcome to BiteHaus. These Terms of Service govern your use of bitehaus.com and your purchase of BiteHaus products and services. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Who we are — BiteHaus is a St. Petersburg, Florida event-food studio serving the greater Tampa Bay area. Contact: hello@bitehaus.co or (727) 325-7101.

 

Orders and reservations — Event-date reservations are secured by deposit and governed by our Reservations & Event Policies and our Return & Refund Policy. Deposits apply in full toward your final event total. Final balances are due 14 days before your event. Platters and delivery items are charged in full at checkout. We may decline or refund any order we cannot fulfill — for example, dates we cannot serve or locations outside our service area — with a full refund of amounts paid for that order.

 

Pricing — All prices are in U.S. dollars. "From" pricing on event services reflects a starting configuration; final pricing is confirmed from your guest count, location, service time, and selected enhancements before your balance is invoiced.

 

Food safety and allergens — Our items are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, tree nuts, wheat, and other allergens; we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Perishable items should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed within 2 hours of being set out. After delivery or pickup, storage and serving conditions are your responsibility.

 

BarHaus and alcohol — BiteHaus does not sell or supply alcohol. BarHaus is a dry-bar service: clients provide the alcohol, and our staff serve responsibly, reserving the right to decline service to underage or visibly intoxicated guests.

 

Content and photography — Site content, images, and branding are the property of BiteHaus and may not be reused without permission. We occasionally photograph our spreads at events for our portfolio and social media; let us know in your planning form if you prefer we don't.

 

Limitation of liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiteHaus's liability for any claim related to an order or event is limited to the amount you paid for that order or event.

 

Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
